🔵 About Us: Foundation Sports are an award-winning sports coaching company that deliver high-quality sessions into schools and surrounding communities to children of all ages and abilities from a mixture of backgrounds. Our innovative programmes are the grass roots of sport/education. We base all of our sessions on the structured principles of fun, inclusion and learning, via our very own published curriculum and is delivered through a number of different programs: In addition, we have created own healthy lifestyle scheme 'MoveIT! Project'. This program works with the aim of giving children the knowledge and information which will help them to make better informed choices with regards to leading a healthy lifestyle.

 🔵Arts & Cooking: Throughout the day children will get the opportunity to create different art pieces, play with lots of games including Lego/Puzzles/Toys, create and decorate yummy food and do lots of painting, playing with playdough/slime and SO MUCH MORE!! 🔵Sign in: 
When you arrive at the School.
To avoid long queues we will be signing children in from 8.45am.
 On arrival you must sign in with the foundation sports team at the main school office. 
Once signed in the children will be escorted inside the building by one of our coaches. 
Adults are not permitted to enter the building. 

If you wish to book additional days/Times this must be done via our online booking portal. 🔵

Collection:
 At the end of the day please collect children from the designated collection points. 


These are usually in the playground. 🔵Lunch: 
Please be reminded that we do NOT provide lunch or snacks. Your child must arrive with a packed lunch and a reusable water bottle. 🔵

Kit
: If possible please ensure your child has a set of spare clothes (especially KS1). This is necessary for children enrolled onto the sports club and the arts and cooking club.

 🔵Photos: 
If you do not consent to your child being included in any group photos please email us to inform us.

 🔵Medical: 
If your child requires any medication please make sure you give this to our camp leads on reception when you sign in!
 (Asthma pump, Epipen or any other medication etc)
 WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCEPT ANY CHILD WITHOUT THIS! 

If your child has any medical issues that you have not included in your enrolment form then PLEASE! let us know prior to sign in.
